Enter your departure city, destination, travel dates, and number of passengers in the search form. Browse the available flights, select your preferred option, fill in passenger details (exactly as shown on your passport), and complete the payment through our secure BOG payment system. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details and e-ticket.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through Bank of Georgia (BOG). Your card details are never stored on our servers. The total price shown includes all taxes, fees, and service charges.
Cancellation and change policies depend on the airline and the fare type you purchased. Some fares allow free cancellation within 24 hours of booking, while others may charge a fee. To request a cancellation or change, contact our support team at support@fly.ge or call +995 525 123 320. Refund processing times vary by airline (typically 7-30 business days).
Baggage allowance varies by airline and fare type. During the booking process, the included baggage is clearly displayed for each fare option. You can also add extra checked baggage during the booking flow. If you need to add baggage after booking, contact the airline directly or reach out to our support team.
Online check-in is typically available 24-48 hours before departure through the airline's website or mobile app. You will need your booking reference (PNR) and passport details. Some airlines also offer airport check-in at their counters. We recommend arriving at the airport at least 2 hours before domestic flights and 3 hours before international flights.
Name changes after booking are subject to airline policies. Minor spelling corrections may be possible, but full name changes usually require cancelling and rebooking. It is crucial to enter passenger names exactly as they appear on the travel document (passport or ID card) during booking. Contact our support team for assistance with name corrections.
Infants under 2 years old can travel on a parent's lap at a reduced fare. When searching for flights, add infant passengers in the passenger selector. Each adult can travel with one infant. Infants require a valid passport for international flights. The infant must be under 2 years old on the date of travel for both outbound and return flights.
For international flights, you need a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from your travel date. Some destinations require a visa — check the entry requirements for your destination country before booking. For flights within Georgia, Georgian citizens can travel with a national ID card. Always carry your booking confirmation and valid photo ID.
Flight prices are dynamic and can change frequently based on demand, seat availability, and airline pricing rules. The price you see in search results is valid at the time of the search. We recommend completing your booking quickly once you find a suitable flight. Prices are guaranteed only after payment is completed.
Currently, FlyGE supports one-way and round-trip flight bookings. For multi-city or complex itineraries, please contact our support team at support@fly.ge and we will help you find the best options and pricing for your trip.
FlyGE does not currently sell travel insurance directly. However, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance separately before your trip. Travel insurance can cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and flight delays. You can purchase travel insurance from local Georgian insurance providers.
If you or a fellow passenger requires special assistance (wheelchair, medical equipment, special meals, etc.), please contact our support team after completing your booking. We will coordinate with the airline on your behalf. It is recommended to make special assistance requests at least 48 hours before departure.
